Return / Exchange Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction above all else, and we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Returned items must be new and in unused condition, require management approval, and are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders are non-refundable. Bedding and Upholstery are also non-refundable and can't be exchanged. All returns and warranty claims are subject to shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our actual outbound shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable. If you refuse delivery, please note that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy and the specific Manufacturer's rules. The estimated shipping time is between 4 and 21 working days.
